Publix managers recently visited United Way of Williamson County in Franklin, Tennessee to present them with Publix Charities’ donation of $183,600. This represents a matching gift to Publix associates’ pledge to this United Way.
United Way of Williamson County began as a grassroots effort in 1961, with a campaign that raised funds for five agencies. Today, representatives and volunteers put the same community-minded effort toward their support of over 30 agencies. Publix Charities is proud to make this contribution to help them continue their incredible work.
