Publix Charities Supports the Salvation Army of Tampa/Hillsborough County

Publix Regional Director Patrick Helm and District Managers Dawne Steinbach and Jerry Reed recently visited the Salvation Army in Hillsborough County, Florida, to deliver Publix Charities’ $20,000 donation.

The Salvation Army of Tampa/Hillsborough County has been changing lives for the better since it was founded in 1893. In recent years, the facility became home to the first approved rehabilitation program for human trafficking victims in the state of Florida. And every year, the branch provides many other services that make a real difference to individuals in need, including children and military veterans.

Publix Charities is proud to support the work that the Salvation Army does in this community and others throughout the southern United States.
